The Tony Award-winning musical “Spamalot” is coming to Ole Miss for one night only on Feb. 25.

“Spamalot” is lovingly ripped off from the movie, “Monty Python and the Holy Grail,” which is a spoof on the legendary tale of King Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table. Showgirls, cows, dancing knights and a killer rabbit are all mixed into the classic to create a whole new story.

In her review of the musical, New York Times writer Aileen Jacobson said, “It’s impossible to escape the puns, parodies and silly noises that pepper the musical.”

The show will take place at the Gertrude C. Ford Center for the Performing Arts at 7 p.m. Tickets can be purchased at the UM Box Office in the Student Union, by calling 915-7411 or at the UM Box Office online

According to the online box office, box seats, seats in the orchestra pit and seats in the orchestra and parterre are already sold out. You can still purchase tickets for balcony seats at $33 or seats in the mezzanine for $37.
